Eliminated the Word (.doc) option for downloading so that now the download is only in Adobe Reader (.pdf) format.

Interesting to find your sites. I was a Telemagic AMP for about 3 years a long time ago. I have used many contact management softwares since then but Telemagic still was the fastest and easiest way for me to get the job done!
By the way, The links on the .pdf file do not seem to work. Can you check this out please.

Yes, TM-DOS is still being used by many who still find it easier than anything else.
I removed the .doc link, and the .pdf link seems to work ok for me. Anyone else having trouble with the .pdf download link?
